Q - I forgot my username/password?
A - Contact the power user in your organization and they will be able to reset your password or tell you your username.
Q - I don't have green lights?
A - This is okay. The only time that you need green lights is when you are printing or deleting. If you do not have green lights do not delete any of the patient care records and contact your organizations power user or the system administrators.
Q - My screen flipped sideways how do I correct it?
A - On the front of the laptop there is an angle button. Push this button three times and your screen will rotate back to normal.
Q - I cannot finalize my report.
A - Make sure that you have completed all the required fields.
Q - My computer froze up.
A - Slide the switch on the front left side of the computer to the right and hold for five seconds. The computer should beep and then reset itself. If this does not work please contact the system administrator.
